Dining Room Items you Need and What they Cost to Furnish a Luxury Short Term Rental

Below is a list of the actual items and stores/websites I purchased everything in the dining room, approximate cost of all items was $2,374. The Dining Room was different than all other rooms because they are all more unique items and nothing except the bar stools are available on Amazon. Go explore estate sales, garage sales, facebook marketplace and discount stores such as HomeGoods, Big Lots, etc. to find the best deals…. or as we did for the Dining Room take an old piece of furniture you don’t want anymore and give it new life.
Dining Room Table
60″ Round Table – this was an old breakfast room table we had in our house that we refinished and painted. You should be able to find a nice dining table for about $1000 or less.
Dining Chairs
6 Chairs – these were old chairs from our house that we reused. You should be able to find six nice chairs for about $150 each.
